Grilled Pole Beans Recipe
1 lb pole beans, washed
3/4 cup herb and garlic marinade
Pour the dressing over the beans and let marinate, tossing periodically, for 2-3 hours. Heat the grill to medium and toss the beans on in a heap, discarding any excess marinade. Cook for 20 minutes or so, until crisp tender and lightly browned.

Green Pole Beans and Green Onions
2-3 lb. young green pole beans (whole, end removed)
1 bunch green onion, chopped
2 toes garlic, crushed
1 stick butter
Parboil beans in lightly salted water only until tender (still crisp) and drain. Melt butter and add garlic and onions. Saute until onions are clear. Add beans to butter mixture and saute 2-3 minutes. Serve immediately.
